Requirements

Strong practical ability in social media, AI content, or both.
Experience managing multiple social accounts is strongly preferred; prior agency employment is not required.
Working knowledge of Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat, including account setup, publishing, formats, trends, analytics, account standing, and recovery.
Will ingness to coordinate other operators while still performing detailed hands-on account work yourself.
Excellent organization and follow-through across many accounts, platforms, deadlines, and access dependencies.
Direct, professional communication with clients and teammates.
Good judgment under pressure, especially when an account is restricted, content is missing, or weekend coverage is needed.
Strong visual judgment and a practical understanding of hooks, short-form formats, calls to action, and audience growth.
U.S. work authorization.
Based in the Orlando area or committed to relocating before the start date. This position is not remote or hybrid.

Preferred
