Responsibilities

• Partner with our internal creative team to develop standout content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
• Craft engaging, platform-specific social media copy that resonates with target audiences
• Lead client meetings as a social media expert, providing insights and solutions that drive success
• Provide daily oversight of social profiles, including customer service, brand advocacy, community engagement, and reputation management
• Work with PR, Creative, and Account Management to align social strategies with broader client campaigns
• Monitor and report on social media performance, measuring impact and ROI to optimize future efforts
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and platform changes to keep clients ahead of the curve

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Three (3) years of social media management experience in an agency or brand environment
• Strong writing skills and deep knowledge of social platforms and their best practices
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Creative, results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Passionate problem-solver with a customer-first approach to social media community management
