Job Summary
Own and scale Cravings' social voice and strategy on Instagram and TikTok, turning brand priorities into engaging, platform-native content and community-building across launches, partnerships, and creator campaigns.
- Social ownership: plan, publish, and calendar across Instagram and TikTok, aligning with launches, partnerships, and moments.
- Content engine: translate brand priorities into actionable formats, assets, and formats; test and optimize performance.
- Community and partnerships: build authentic engagement, activate UGC and creators, and use data to inform content decisions.
Job Description
- Own and manage Cravings’ brand social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok, coordinating with Chrissy’s social team
- Lead social planning and publishing for Cravings’ Instagram and TikTok, supporting cross-channel coordination for founder, retail, PR, and partnership moments
- Own the weekly and monthly social content calendar, mapping content needs across evergreen storytelling, product education, retail support, launches, founder moments, partnerships, seasonal moments
- Translate brand and business priorities into clear, actionable social plans
- Build and manage the social content calendar, identifying content needs across launches, retail moments, partnerships, recipes, founder moments, seasonal campaigns
- Oversee concepting, asset needs, publishing, and scheduling across all social channels
- Ensure a consistent, elevated brand voice across all platforms
- Shoot and edit platform-native short-form video as needed
- Help concept formats, hooks, and asset needs for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social content
- Partner with the creative team on higher production shoots and campaigns
