Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a viral-first content strategy
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across all platforms
- Work with editors/creators to produce short-form content at scale
- Identify trends early and capitalize FAST
- Analyze performance (views, retention, GMV impact) and iterate constantly
- Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement to build a cult-like audience
- Collaborate with marketing, creators, and leadership on campaigns
- Turn key moments (events, wins, launches) into viral narratives
- Build systems for scaling content output (repurposing, clipping, reposting)
- Report weekly on growth, engagement, and content performance
