Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers, content creators, pickleball players, coaches, and lifestyle personalities who align with the Franklin Pickleball brand.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of micro, mid-tier, and top-tier creators.
• Reach out to potential collaborators through email, direct messages, and other communication channels.
• Manage the pickleball social channels
• Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
• Coordinate product gifting and sampling programs for influencers and creators.
• Track shipments, product requests, and creator deliverables.
• Manage influencer agreements, campaign timelines, and communication.
• Ensure creators receive the information and assets needed to successfully promote Franklin products.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, athletes, ambassadors, and brand partners.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in marketing
• - 0-3 years of experience in Social Media Content or applicable internships, ideally with a consumer or sporting goods company

Preferred

• - Passion for pickleball and familiarity with the sport's community.
• - Existing relationships with sports, fitness, or lifestyle creators.
• - Experience with affiliate marketing or ambassador programs.
• - Knowledge of influencer contracts, FTC guidelines, and sponsored content best practices.
• - Experience working with sports or consumer product brands.
