Own end to end event program and multi channel promotion with social, content, and post event analysis.

  • Event ownership: end to end planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and safety compliance.
  • Social and content: create assets, post scheduling, engagement, and audience building around events.
  • Measurement and optimization: track attendance, engagement, and ROI, then adjust campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Handle inquiries and RSVPs promptly and professionally via email, phone, and social media.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to align event goals and messaging.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and accessibility standards for all events.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events, engage audiences, and drive attendance.
  • Create compelling content (graphics, videos, captions, and posts) using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms/social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to align with brand goals.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community around events.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field OR 2+ years of equivalent experience in social media, event coordination, or marketing. is a plus
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Commerce7).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and ads platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and professional content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with attendees, vendors, and team members.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
  • Creativity and adaptability to tailor content and strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. or more and assist with event setup/teardown.

Preferred

  • Experience working in the beverage/alcohol industry or hosting private events, festivals, or pop-ups.
  • Knowledge of local event marketing strategies (e.g., partnerships with businesses, restaurants, or community organizations).
  • Experience with photography or videography to capture event highlights.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
