  • Content & social execution: plan multi-week calendars and publish daily Stories and reels to engage parents and athletes.
  • Production operations: manage field and studio gear, lighting, and setup with joe/kyla to ensure smooth shoots.
  • Client sessions & admin: guide image selection on iPad, process payments, and organize final content for delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Dual-Account Social Media Command: Map out content, grids, and marketing pushes weeks in advance to reach parents and athletes. Simultaneously handle the daily grind: posting highly engaging daily Stories, "Day in the Life" clips, and fresh, trending Reels.
  • Client Experience & Tech Support: During sessions, guide athletes and parents through selecting their images on an iPad, process payments, and ensure the session pipeline runs flawlessly.
  • On-Field & Studio Grip Support: Assist Joe with setting up, adjusting, and breaking down portable lighting modifiers, stands, and heavy gear on sports fields and in gyms.
  • Studio Admin Execution: Help Kyla keep the ship tight on non-shoot days by tracking Excel spreadsheets, reviewing/packaging product orders, and downloading/organizing digital content.
  • The Tech Stack You'll Control: We don't expect you to make content out of thin air. We supply top-tier gear so you can execute a high-end, luxury brand aesthetic exactly how you want. You have full access to: Two 360 Cameras & an Insta360 Ace Pro; Mevo Livestream Cameras & a DJI Phone Gimbal; The iPad Mirroring Workflow: We stream live images straight from Joe’s camera to our iPads for clients. You will utilize screen-recording workflows to capture instant, raw, "straight-out-of-the-camera" reactions, then polish them off by pairing them with the final edited image selections for high-impact transformation content.

Requirements

  • Adult Responsibility & Initiative: You don't wait to be told what to do. You are given a task or a goal, you figure out the "how," you set your own timeline, and you execute.
  • Social Media & Aesthetic Expertise: Proven experience creating, editing, and scheduling vertical video content (Reels/Stories). You understand how to use modern editing apps to craft a luxury brand feel, not amateur graphics.
  • The Muscle: Physical stamina to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs of photography equipment across outdoor sports fields and indoor courts.
  • Logistics: A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are required for travel between schools and occasional deliveries.
  • Seasonal Flexibility: Availability to work long, fast-paced days during our peak school sports seasons (July–August, January–March, and April–June).
  • Ability to Commute: Swansboro, NC 28584 (Required)
