Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage daily social media content creation, including writing compelling posts, designing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and editing videos with media editing tools.
Monitor social media performance through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising insights, and social media analytics platforms to optimize campaigns and report on digital marketing performance.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously by setting timelines, tracking progress with applications like Hootsuite or Buffer, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
Engage actively with followers through social media communication, responding to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, e-commerce, and marketing to align messaging and amplify campaign impact.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics platforms.
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social media content marketing strategies.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Preferred

Experience in relationship management within digital communities; understanding of public relations best practices is advantageous.
