Own the end-to-end social content lifecycle for Jack Frost Donuts, from concept to publication, coordinating campaigns, trends, and events to grow the customer base.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create original photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, with the goal of growing our customer base.
Collaborate with our team to capture behind-the-scenes moments, new products, seasonal offerings, and customer experiences.
Develop and maintain a content calendar, including new social media campaigns.
Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Help promote special events, community partnerships, and new product launches.
Monitor engagement and identify strategies to grow our online presence.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements

Strong eye for visual storytelling.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Knows what makes content shareable and how to use online content to attract new customers.
Ability to recognize and adapt current social media trends to our donut shop setting.
Strong photography and video editing skills, especially food photography.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
