Job Summary

Own the social content engine for luxury interiors by owning platform-specific growth, editorial storytelling, and video-first engagement while tying performance to brand voice and data signals.

  • Content planning and editorial calendars aligned to studio projects and brand voice
  • Video content creation for Reels, Stories, and carousels to boost engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow presence on Instagram/Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Develop content plans and editorial calendars aligned with studio projects and brand voice
  • Create and edit short-form video content — Reels, Stories, and carousels — with a focus on increasing video engagement
  • Prepare and post all content optimized for each platform’s algorithm
  • Drive referral partner and strategic brand engagement across platforms
  • Enter monthly data into analytics spreadsheets and adjust content strategy based on performance
  • Design branded marketing assets, social templates, and brand collateral based on approved brand structures and strategic direction
  • Update studio slideshows, presentations, and marketing materials using existing templates
  • Support email marketing with visuals and announcements
  • Format and rename project images for digital use and organize into marketing asset database
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a luxury aesthetic — interiors, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle branding preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Video editing experience, particularly for Reels and short-form content
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong written communication — you can write in a brand voice, not just design to one
  • Philadelphia-area based preferred; occasional in-studio and site visits required
