Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Augex's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
Own the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
Create engaging written, visual, and short-form video content.
Write compelling copy aligned with the Augex brand voice.
Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Descript.
Support executive thought leadership by creating content for company leadership.
Build and engage online communities through comments, direct messages, and discussions.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to promote launches, features, and company initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6 years of professional social media marketing experience
Experience managing social media for a technology company, startup, SaaS organization, or agency
Proven success developing and growing social media channels
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and emerging social platforms
Experience creating and editing short-form video content
Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Descript, or similar platforms
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Marketing AI, SaaS, B2B, or technology products
Supporting founders, executives, or thought leadership brands
Marketing to technical audiences, startups, or entrepreneurs
Building creator communities or marketplace platforms
Workflow automation or AI agent technologies
Growing a personal or company social media following
