Develop and execute PHERO\'s Instagram and TikTok strategy
Build a content calendar that captures the pre-date moment — the anxiety, the preparation, the confidence
Produce photo and video content — from short-form video to static — that earns attention without chasing trends
Collaborate directly with the founder and Stylists on brand storytelling and campaign rollouts
Identify and engage the right communities, creators, and cultural conversations
Track performance and translate data into sharper creative decisions

1–3 years of hands-on Instagram and TikTok experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or dating
A portfolio that shows original thinking — not just boosted posts
Strong aesthetic sensibility and an eye for what doesn\'t fit the brand
Comfortable working autonomously in an early-stage environment
Based in New York City
