Own the creator partnerships and content ops stream for a boutique social campaigns consultancy, focusing on idea generation, content production support, influencer research, and outreach coordination.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Brainstorm content ideas and social-first campaign concepts
Assist with content creation, filming, editing, and publishing
Stay on top of platform trends, creator news, and emerging opportunities
Support content planning and content calendars
Help identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement
Research creators, brands, media contacts, and partnership opportunities
Assist with sponsorship and collaboration outreach
Track outreach efforts and partnership opportunities
Help manage creator and brand relationships
Assist with campaign planning and execution

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media as a creator/influencer or in creator marketing, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, or related fields (internships count)
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator culture
Experience creating content for social platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

A following of 10k+ on at least one platform is preferred, but not required . Candidates with smaller but actively growing audiences, strong content quality, and a clear understanding of audience development are encouraged to apply.
