Responsibilities

• Brainstorm content ideas and social-first campaign concepts
• Assist with content creation, filming, editing, and publishing
• Stay on top of platform trends, creator news, and emerging opportunities
• Support content planning and content calendars
• Help identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement
• Research creators, brands, media contacts, and partnership opportunities
• Assist with sponsorship and collaboration outreach
• Track outreach efforts and partnership opportunities
• Help manage creator and brand relationships
• Assist with campaign planning and execution

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media as a creator/influencer or in creator marketing, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, or related fields (internships count)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator culture
• Experience creating content for social platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• A following of 10k+ on at least one platform is preferred, but not required . Candidates with smaller but actively growing audiences, strong content quality, and a clear understanding of audience development are encouraged to apply.
