Responsibilities

• Meet with the executive once a month at her home to film and shoot content
• Attend one event a month with her to capture speaking engagements and other real-time moments
• Generate concepts and ideas for video and photo content
• Produce a weekly content mix for Instagram and LinkedIn (roughly 2 Reels, 1 single photo, and 1 photo carousel per week)
• Build monthly content calendars, from ideation through final cuts
• Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready content on a consistent schedule

Requirements

• Strong iPhone shooting skills, plus comfort with higher-end production equipment
• A track record producing content for executives, founders, or other high-visibility individuals
• Sharp instincts for what performs on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Professional presence — you represent Ona Media every time you're in the room with the client
• Reliability. This person is depending on you to show up, on time, prepared, every time
