Job Summary

Own the social voice and content engine for a new venture, turning trend-spotting into platform-ready video and real-time engagement.

Growth/Voice Ownership: Lead calendar, publishing, and day-to-day management across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube in support of launches and brand identity.
Creative & Community: Be the face, surface shareable UGC, and stay on top of culture to drive authentic reactions.
Experimentation & Insight: Run platform experiments, test formats, and surface learnings to improve reach and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and produce videos for Instagram Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts- including lo-fi content, IRL interviews, trend-driven moments, and voiceovers.
Be the face of our New Venture on TikTok and other platforms, with an authentic voice
Study and understand the brand’s identity and values, decouple your identity from the brands.
Build and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches, and brand identity.
Lead social media experiments, including testing new formats, entering new platforms, and refining our approach based on performance.
Source and brief photo and video content for the Instagram grid, ensuring it’s elevated, polished, and brand-right.
Lead day-to-day management of social channels, including publishing content, community engagement, and DMs.
Respond, repost, comment, and meme in real time- infusing the new venture’s voice into the cultural conversation.
Track and surface great UGC that can be reshared or amplified across our channels.
Stay plugged into online culture and trends - knowing when to jump on one, remix it, or start your own.
