Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create a monthly content calendar for Instagram + TikTok
  • Concept and produce scroll-stopping content (video + static)
  • Turn BodyCoat into a viral, cultural moment (not just a product)
  • Write smart, witty captions
  • Jump on trends fast - and make them feel uniquely flipd
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize what works
  • Engage daily:
  • Reply to comments + DMs
  • Comment on relevant creators’ posts
  • Participate in FB groups, Reddit threads, and beauty conversations

Requirements

  • Deeply fluent in TikTok and IG culture
  • Chronically online (in a good way)
  • Equal parts creative + scrappy + strategic
  • Someone who can turn a random idea into content fast
  • Obsessed with beauty, trends, and internet behavior
  • Not afraid to be bold, weird, or a little controversial
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing content
