  • Must-have: Up to 2 years of hands-on social media management experience

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit
  • Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across all platforms
  • Write short-form copy for posts, captions, and community replies
  • Research trends and adapt content to what’s working on each platform
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report weekly

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
  • Comfortable creating content independently with minimal supervision
  • Knows what good content looks like on each platform - not just cross-posting the same thing everywhere
  • Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
  • Basic graphic/video editing for social (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Self-starter - ships content consistently without being chased

Preferred

  • Experience growing accounts from scratch
  • Familiarity with Reddit community norms and organic posting
  • Has managed social for a SaaS or tech product before
