Job Summary

Own the client liaison and multi-brand social programs, turning briefs into campaigns with tight timelines and clear goals.

Client & Campaign Orchestration: Drive day-to-day liaison and cross‑team execution across multiple brands.
Content Creation & Campaigns: Guide internal creators to produce dynamic social content for events, shoots, recaps, and launches.
Reporting & Trends: Deliver monthly/ad-hoc performance insights, monitor social tech trends, and adjust plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day client interaction and act as primary liaison between client and internal/external team members
Help develop and manage multiple clients’ social presence with our team
Identify and/or interpret clients’ business, brand and social media goals
Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, following different processes and procedures
Exercise an ability to follow-through on projects and drive them to completion, strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
Think creatively and outside the box to create campaigns and strategies for multiple brands that go beyond just a singular social post
Work with the internal creative team to develop dynamic social content for a range of initiatives (ex: events, photoshoots, campaigns, recaps, etc.)
Contribute to team brainstorms as well as assist in special projects and administrative assignments as needed
Monitor trends in social media technology, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Lead community managers in skills development and delegate tasks

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written presentation abilities
Knowledge of all first-party organic and paid social platform features and functions, as well as Google Analytics, Sprout Social and Julius a plus
