Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact influencer and creator strategy across multiple cannabis brands
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate long-term partnerships with creators, ambassadors, and cultural voices
• Launch influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, retail traffic, and product demand
• Manage the full influencer lifecycle — outreach, vetting, negotiations, contracts, campaign execution, and reporting
• Track campaign performance, audience insights, and conversion metrics to optimize future campaigns
• Oversee our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, Reddit, and emerging channels
• Collaborate with sales, retail, operations, and creative teams to support product launches and promotions
• Build systems to manage influencer pipelines, outreach, reporting dashboards, and campaign performance
• Ensure campaigns follow Arizona cannabis marketing regulations and compliance standards
• Develop scalable influencer programs, potentially managing agencies, contractors, or junior team members as we grow

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media growth, or brand partnerships
• Proven success building audiences and executing campaigns that drive measurable results
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Experience analyzing engagement metrics, audience insights, and campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn creative ideas into structured campaigns
• The ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution

• Experience working with lifestyle, consumer, or DTC brands
• Existing connections within the Arizona cannabis or creator community
• Experience in regulated marketing environments
