Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full social and digital ecosystem, from strategy through execution
  • Lead creative direction across platforms, translating brand guidelines into content that actually connects with fans
  • Build and manage content calendars tied to key moments, launches, and cultural opportunities
  • Launch and scale channels from zero, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and ticket sales
  • Analyze performance across platforms and adjust quickly based on what’s working
  • Lead major campaign rollouts from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Direct and elevate creative output from designers, editors, and external partners
  • Partner on influencer and creator strategies that feel authentic to the brand and audience
  • Stay on top of platform shifts, trends, and fan behavior, and bring forward ideas proactively
  • Be present for key moments, including launches, events, and cultural spikes that matter

Requirements

  • Experience leading social and creative for sports, entertainment, or fandom-driven brands
  • A strong point of view on what actually resonates with fans and drives action
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from big ideas to daily execution
  • Comfortable building from scratch and working in an evolving, fast-moving environment
  • Strong collaborator who can build trust quickly with clients and partners
  • Someone who takes ownership and moves without waiting to be told
