Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Elm's organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and emerging platforms.
Build a content ecosystem that reinforces Elm's authority in longevity science while creating an aspirational lifestyle brand consumers want to follow every day.
Identify opportunities to elevate brand storytelling through culture, beauty, wellness, science, design, food, travel, and modern aging conversations.
Create content that balances aspiration, authority, education, entertainment, and community.
Build repeatable content franchises that drive long-term audience growth and engagement.
Develop platform-specific strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and relevance.
Concept, produce, and publish high-performing social content across all channels.
Develop creative briefs and content concepts for launches, campaigns, partnerships, events, and brand moments.
Capture and create content featuring Martha Stewart, Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, industry experts, creators, customers, and partners.
Lead content production for events, photoshoots, launches, press moments, and community activations.

Requirements

4-8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven track record growing social channels and building engaged communities.
Strong content creation capabilities across video, photography, copywriting, and storytelling.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Experience creating content for premium consumer brands.
Strong understanding of social analytics and performance measurement.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Experience working with creators, influencers, talent, or founders.
Beauty, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
