Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end creation: pitch concepts, shoot, edit, publish, and iterate — solo or with a lightweight crew
  • Create a high volume of content daily — ideate, execute, and edit quickly
  • Produce short-form original content for multiple Overtime channels to market new drops, build brand voice, and acquire customers
  • Build franchises: turn one good idea into a repeatable series with a clear format and cadence
  • Drop support and conversion: create product narratives, CTAs, and live commerce support (e.g., TikTok Live)
  • Optimize for watch time and retention with strong hooks, pacing, and payoff
  • Collaborate with NIL athletes and Overtime talent to star in content
  • Travel for shoots, manage talent, direct content, and lead on-site creativity
  • Organize publishing, editing, and talent schedules to meet deliverable goals
  • Create performance reports and leverage social analytics
  • Stay on top of topics relevant to channels (sports, pop culture, streetwear)
  • Publish content to Overtime Fits channels (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Review content before posting: proofreading, spell-checking, and QC videos
  • Strategize with Apparel, Marketing, and Social teams
