Own end-to-end content operations for web and app, balancing CMS updates, QA, and go-live readiness with cross-functional campaign alignment.

  • Content Operations: manage site and app updates, calendar, QA, and launch readiness.
  • Campaign Alignment: sync site content with paid media and CRM campaigns and seasonal pushes.
  • UX Validation: run test orders and participate in UAT to surface issues before release.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage content updates across the website and mobile app, including homepage, landing pages, category pages, promotional banners, and editorial placements.
  • QA all site content updates prior to launch, ensuring copy, imagery, links, pricing, and layout are correct across desktop and mobile.
  • Maintain the site content calendar with go-live dates, promotions, and seasonal updates.
  • Upload and schedule email and SMS content.
  • Place test orders across all brand websites to validate end-to-end purchase flow and escalate issues.
  • Serve as primary contact for routing site and newsletter content requests to the graphic designer with briefs and deadlines.
  • Coordinate copy needs from the copywriting team or internal stakeholders aligned to objectives.
  • Partner with paid media, CRM, and marketing teams to align site content with active campaigns.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking of site experience and promotions; present executive-ready findings.
  • Support the ecommerce team with ad hoc reporting and data pulls in Excel.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or a related field; experience at a consumer brand or retailer strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS platform. CoreMedia experience is preferred or must be demonstrated through equivalent CMS work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, and data formatting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clean, polished presentations and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Clear, proactive communicator, able to write concise briefs, flag issues early, and keep cross-functional partners aligned.

Preferred

  • Experience with a Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for CMS troubleshooting and content formatting
  • Experience working within a multi-brand retail or fashion ecommerce environment
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud reporting, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud strongly preferred
