Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
  • Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
  • Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
  • Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion)
  • Drive lead generation performance at every event
  • Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
  • Track results and continuously optimize performance

Requirements

  • Event marketing, home shows, or retail activations

Preferred

  • Leadership experience in event marketing or brand ambassador leadership
  • Hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador leadership
  • Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and holding people accountable
