Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading, and perfecting the SEO systems that power every SEO client account we run.
• This is a three-prong role covering Local SEO, semantic entities, Off-page authority including backlinks and blogging, AI visibility, Website build: On-page technical SEO including keyword research, competitor research, and sitemap building.
• You will not be the one executing every task. You will be managing team members, auditing their work, refining existing SOPs, and developing new systems that scale.
• The work also involves hunting for the cutting edge in SEO so our clients get what is working in the next ten years, not what worked in the last ten.
• Think expired domains, Reddit strategies, AI integrated workflows, and a la carte service offerings we are actively building out or can add on for more results.

Requirements

• Proven SEO results from running your own business, working in an agency, or both
• Full-stack understanding of SEO across local, off-page, and on-page disciplines
• Experience building and managing systems, SOPs, and team workflows
• Strong with keyword research, competitor analysis, and site architecture
• Comfortable working with or open minded towards Claude and AI agents to move faster without sacrificing quality.
• Hungry to learn concepts you do not know yet and apply them
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Preferred

• Contractor or home services industry experience is a plus
