Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and mobile-usability issues.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall page load speeds to meet search engine standards.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and internal linking structures based on strategic keyword research.
• Off-Page Strategy: Develop and execute a proactive off-page SEO strategy to elevate domain authority and brand visibility.
• Backlink Building: Actively acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks through ethical, white-hat outreach and digital PR tactics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and organic traffic trends.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a freelance SEO Specialist with a portfolio demonstrating successful organic growth.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in executing safe, effective link-building campaigns.
• Proficiency in standard web analytics and webmaster tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
• Bonus/Preferred: Hands-on experience using Serpstat for keyword research, site auditing, and competitor analysis.
• Bonus/Preferred: experience in B2B SEO. Specifically in the trades or similar blue-collar industries
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver results independently.
