Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to improve organic visibility across key solution areas.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain content briefs and on-page updates aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and country leaders to identify content gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to enhance web presence and content effectiveness.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres to Iron Mountain’s brand guidelines, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high editorial standards through human review of AI-supported drafts to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve content strategies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content development, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush.
  • Proven ability to conduct keyword research and performance analysis, translating insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Excellent written and editing skills in professional-standard English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.
