Job Summary

Own and advance organic search performance through end-to-end SEO, cross-functional collaboration, and site-health optimization to drive visibility and a seamless user experience.

  • Growth & Visibility: Build keyword-driven strategies, target gaps, and optimize on-page content to expand organic reach.
  • Technical SEO & Site Health: Align with engineering to enhance crawlability, schema, speed, and JS indexing for better indexing and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Merchandising, UX, Design, and Product to implement SEO best practices and leverage cross-functional insights.

Job Description

Drive organic search performance through end-to-end SEO ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and site health optimization to boost visibility and user experience.

  • Growth & Visibility: Build keyword-driven strategies, target gaps, and optimize on-page content to expand organic reach.
  • Technical SEO & Site Health: Collaborate with engineering to enhance crawlability, schema, speed, and JS-indexing for better indexing and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Merchandising, UX, Design, and Product to implement SEO best practices and leverage cross-functional insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing/business, or related degree
  • 1+ year of search marketing experience
  • Familiar with web analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Desire to learn and evolve with the ever-changing SERP landscape (Organic shopping features, AIO etc)
