Job Summary

Own marketing vision and cross functional strategy to drive demand, brand, and thought leadership for Precision. Own metrics, budget, events, and data driven optimization across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion an innovative marketing vision and roadmap to position Precision as a leader in the industry.
  • Craft and execute an integrated, data-driven marketing strategy to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities to refine and future-proof marketing strategy.
  • Partner with business unit and senior leaders to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Define metrics to evaluate marketing performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee and strategically manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum impact.
  • Develop and implement an events-based awareness and lead gen strategy for conferences and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure high-profile sponsorships, speaking engagements, and industry discussions.
  • Leverage event analytics to measure success and optimize event strategies.
  • Establish Precision as an authoritative voice through strategic thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in senior marketing roles, with a track record of success at the SVP or VP level.
  • Demonstrated success in the pharmaceutical, healthcare consulting, or related industries.
  • Expertise in marketing data, software, and technology products across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong writing abilities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a plus
  • Experience driving marketing strategies for data-driven products or SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
