Job Description

Responsibilities: Define and drive the global brand vision, positioning, and long-term growth strategy
Responsibilities: Translate consumer insight, market dynamics, and business priorities into clear brand, portfolio, and innovation direction
Responsibilities: Own and lead the 3 year global innovation pipeline and roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, consumer needs, and growth priorities
Responsibilities: Establish a clear, differentiated brand voice and storytelling framework across all touchpoints
Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize opportunities to expand relevance, strengthen equity, and accelerate growth
Responsibilities: Ensure alignment across brand strategy, portfolio priorities, innovation pipeline, and business performance
Responsibilities: Define and lead global marketing strategy for launches, core franchises, and brand-building initiatives
Responsibilities: Ensure all programs are insight-led, differentiated, and aligned to brand priorities
Responsibilities: Oversee development of global toolkits, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets
Responsibilities: Drive alignment with regional teams to translate global strategy into best-in-class local execution

Requirements: Minimum 15 years’ experience in Marketing.

Requirements: A strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L required
