Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong instincts for business and creative strategy, project planning, and navigating complex situations
  • Proven track record of managing a multi-faceted marketing programs inclusive of paid, owned, and earned strategies, experiential programs and content marketing
  • Familiarity connecting services / offerings to audiences and building go-to-market plans that are comprehensive and ownable
  • Ability to react swiftly in real time, pivot as new information is presented, and manage multiple workstreams
  • Proven client and team leadership abilities that will inspire internal and external partners
  • Creative problem solving mentality
  • Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills
  • Track record of developing integrated marketing programs and that link product and communications
  • At least 10+ years of managerial experience

Requirements

  • At least 12+ years of experience and demonstrated growth as an Account leader on large, complex clients
  • Clear examples of leadership on a large-scale campaign with innovative creative outputs and/or client partnership focused on digital transformation
  • Passion for working at the speed of retail is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • This role will be based out of the NYC area; in office presence is a must
