Responsibilities

  • Conduct Primary and Secondary Research: Proactively use research tools such as MRI-Simmons, GWI, and Resonate to gather both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in primary research methodologies, including writing surveys, conducting interviews and moderating focus groups. Analyzing data to uncover valuable insights.
  • Create Compelling, Data-Backed Stories with Actionable Insights: Utilize research and insights to create persuasive and engaging narratives that support your strategic recommendations, ensuring they’re both impactful and aligned with business objectives.
  • Become a Brand Expert: Deeply understand Samsung's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and audience segments.
  • Champion the consumer: Develop detailed audience profiles, segmentation frameworks, and communication strategies grounded in empathy and cultural awareness.
  • Craft Effective Strategies: Develop and refine strategies that align with business objectives, product positioning, brand messaging and inspire creative teams.
  • Evaluate Creative Work: Provide clear, rational feedback to strengthen creative outputs.
  • Present with confidence: Communicate strategic thinking clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas are understood, bought in, and acted upon.
  • Support new business growth: Contribute to pitch strategy and presentations, helping expand the agency’s portfolio through strategic storytelling and insight-driven thinking.
