Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across key e-commerce funnels, including homepage, PLP, PDP, and checkout.
  • Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap based on data, business impact, and testing opportunities.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, experimentation platforms (e.g., Insider), heatmaps, and session replays to analyze site performance and user behavior.
  • Define test hypotheses, success metrics, and ensure statistical validity of results.
  • Measure and report the impact of experiments and UX changes, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams to implement and evaluate optimization efforts.
  • Manage CRO and analytics tools and work with third-party vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in CRO, experimentation, or data-driven optimization for e-commerce.
  • Strong experience designing and analyzing A/B tests using modern experimentation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4, A/B testing platforms, and heatmapping tools.
  • Experience optimizing high-traffic e-commerce websites with measurable impact on conversion or revenue.
  • Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma) for collaboration purposes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
