Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio & Optimization: Own the prioritization, delivery, and performance of a comprehensive social portfolio.
Integrated Paid & Boosting Strategy: Design sophisticated paid/boosting frameworks to amplify Unity's key stories.
Executive Social Presence: Own end-to-end social strategy for Unity’s executive leadership (VP+).
Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate across business units to align social initiatives with cross-company projects.
Operational Excellence: Improve social workflows, reduce complexity, and anticipate blockers.

Requirements

Experience: 8 -10+ years in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing with a global-brand portfolio.
Strategic Mastery: Balance ground-level execution with big-picture planning and ensure both are reflected in outputs.
Advanced Social Expertise: Deep knowledge of social platforms, including organic content and paid growth.
Autonomous Execution: Deliver high-quality work with minimal refinement on complex projects.
Team Development: Mentor mindset with opportunities to grow team capabilities and workflows.

Content Creation Capabilities: Hands-on short-form video production, design, or copywriting for social-first assets.
