Job Description

Responsibilities

The "fix" Strategy: You don't just report data; you diagnose it. You know exactly where to look to find the bleeding, and you know how to stop it. You will design, test, and validate strategies to solve ranking drops and traffic plateaus.
Client Results & Accountability: You are the final line of defense for client performance. You own the results. You will manage expectations and deliver clear, "no-fluff" reporting that connects our work to their bottom line.
Strategy Evolution: You won't just work in the system; you will work on it. You will identify gaps in our current strategy and work with the director to roll out improvements that lift performance across the entire agency.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: You will direct the workflow of SEO assistants, designers, and developers. You are responsible for ensuring their work meets your high standards and for mentoring them into sharper marketers.
Technical & Local Dominance: You will architect campaigns focused on Local SEO (specifically for Law Firms), managing everything from complex Technical SEO audits to aggressive Off-page & GBP strategies.

Requirements

3+ Years in a Senior SEO Agency Role: You have successfully managed multiple clients and led a team before.
Proven Track Record: You can show us specific examples where your strategy turned a losing campaign into a winning one.
Local SEO Expert: You know the specific nuances of ranking local service businesses (Law Firms preferred).
Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console (Expert level required).
SEO Suite: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, Accuranker.
AI/Productivity: Google Workplace, ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Lindy, etc.
