Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for global Pixel product demo experiences across both in-store and online retail channels.
  • Partner with executive leadership and engineering to define a retail demo goal that incorporates technical requirements and premium brand fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and software teams to highlight key features like Gemini and Google Photos through innovative experiences.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of premier reference demos for first-party channels while ensuring scalability for third-party retail partners.
  • Analyze engaging trends and shopper engagement data to continuously adapt and optimize retail experiences for increased conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing or production within creative industries, hardware OEM or retailers (hardware or technology environments), with a focus on interactive design.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Strong creative production skills, including storyboarding, illustrating, and end-to-end budget/timeline management, with experience building technical infrastructure for interactive products and leading high-growth start-up environments.

Preferred

  • MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
  • Expertise in managing multiple complex projects and agencies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools for rapid ideation, creation, and prototyping with internal and external teams.
