Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day project management for multi‑channel creative campaigns, digital and social initiatives, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, scopes of work, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across creative, strategy, production, account, and client teams.
  • Manage project progress, flag roadblocks, and ensure teams deliver high‑quality work on time and within scope.
  • Apply and refine workflow processes to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Contribute to improving project methodologies, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
  • Track project budgets, provide accurate forecasting, and support financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with resource managers and team leads to schedule talent and optimize workload distribution.
  • Lead meetings, present project updates, and ensure clarity on priorities, decisions, and next steps.
  • Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, offering guidance on workflow, communication, and delivery best practices.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in project management or operations within a creative agency
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream creative campaigns or marketing projects
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Solid experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data‑driven reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to mentor junior talent and contribute to a positive, productive team environment
  • Extremely detailed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
