You will own and drive large cross‑functional capital programs, coordinating multiple teams from concept through completion while actively expanding the client relationship and ensuring project quality and financials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capable of managing project managers, multiple teams, and multiple assignments, taking projects from conception to completion.
  • Actively engaged with the client to identify new opportunities to expand existing work.
  • Provides quality assurance reviews throughout projects.
  • Prepares, monitors, and manages client project budgets.
  • Responsible for setup, updates, and closeout of project plans and opportunities in VantagePoint.
  • Works with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
  • Works closely with Area Managers to support Team Member training, professional development, and performance reviews.
  • Actively participates in company activities, including but not limited to Area and company-wide events.

Requirements

  • minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience leading large-scale capital programs and complex design and construction initiatives.
  • aggregate value exceeding $500 million, including oversight of multiple concurrent projects ranging from $25 million to $150 million, diverse stakeholder groups, and large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience delivering higher education, municipal, and/or K–12 educational facility programs is strongly preferred.
  • B.S. in an industry-related field, advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional registration, other specific certifications such as CCM, CCE, or advanced specialized technical knowledge preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas, including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, and construction techniques.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in personnel and project management techniques, including budgeting, leadership, training, and business development.
  • Ability to manage teams on large, complex projects.
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, email, Internet navigation, web-based tools, and other specialized equipment.
