Responsibilities

  • lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology delivery, program management, or portfolio leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering MarTech, Digital Experience, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Target
  • Experience managing program scope, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience.

Preferred

  • SAFe experience including: PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ART), Release Management
  • Adobe Campaign
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.
  • Experience with personalization, omnichannel experiences, digital transformation, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
