Job Summary

Own end-to-end governance and orchestration for Stars and clinical campaigns, from intake to launch and measurement, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and data-driven improvement.

  • Campaign operations: oversee status, dependencies, risks, and approvals; maintain trackers and team cadence
  • Cross-functional alignment: coordinate with Stars, Clinical Marketing, Hive and vendors to align briefs, creative, compliance, and on-time delivery
  • Measurement and governance: set KPIs, build scorecards, surface trends, prepare decisions and follow ups

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Stars and clinical campaigns from intake through launch, measurement, and optimization (briefs, timelines, deliverables)
  • Own campaign operations and tracking (status, dependencies, risks, approvals) and maintain integrated trackers and team cadence
  • Support AVP/Leads by gathering requirements, drafting briefs, documenting decisions, and tracking next steps with Stars and select clinical partners
  • Coordinate with the Hive and vendors on creative/collateral: request intake, feedback consolidation, compliance support, and on-time delivery
  • Set up measurement with analytics (KPIs, tracking, cadence); maintain scorecards/readouts, validate inputs, and surface trends/opportunities
  • Prepare governance updates, capture decisions/action items, and follow up on commitments; coordinate inputs for personalization/NBA as needed
  • Coordinate touchpoint alignment across Stars & Clinical Marketing and partners (calendars, journeys, channel plans) to reduce abrasion
  • Document learnings and maintain templates/playbooks (briefs, QA checklists, timelines); recommend process improvements to strengthen outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, program management, analytics, or a related role delivering cross-functional work in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work through collaboration and influence—coordinating stakeholders, maintaining action plans, and supporting delivery of shared outcomes
  • Ability to manage components of cross-functional initiatives from intake and planning through execution and measurement, with guidance as needed
  • Campaign/program operations experience, including trackers, timelines, and dependency/risk logs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort aligning partners, surfacing risks/tradeoffs, and navigating review/approval processes
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to build scorecards/readouts, maintain trackers, and translate data into clear next steps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear briefs, synthesize input, and deliver concise updates and performance readouts
  • Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change; able to flex between strategy and execution and adjust plans as priorities evolve

Preferred

  • Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare services, or health plan marketing
  • Experience supporting Stars- and/or clinical-related engagement work
  • Experience with marketing measurement, reporting, or analytics (e.g., building scorecards, interpreting campaign performance, or supporting test-and-learn)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and navigating legal/compliance review processes for marketing communications
  • Experience partnering with quality/clinical/operations stakeholders to turn business priorities into member engagement campaigns
