Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the Career Site and CRM Talent Marketing roadmap in partnership with Phenom, Workforce Technology, Marketing, and Talent Connection teams.
  • Coordinate execution across an agile roadmap, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, releases, and implementation activities.
  • Translate business and marketing needs into technical requirements and solution recommendations.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release validation activities.
  • Partner with vendors and internal technology teams to support platform enhancements, optimization, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and platform operations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition Marketing Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards leveraging Snowflake data sources.
  • Partner closely with the People Insights team to ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, access, and security standards.
  • Support accurate, scalable, and compliant reporting solutions for Talent Acquisition Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Technology, Digital Platforms, Analytics, or related technology roles.
  • Experience supporting Career Site, CRM, ATS, or enterprise marketing technology platforms. Phenom experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, roadmap coordination, testing, and release management.
  • Experience with Tableau dashboard development and Snowflake data environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance, access management, and compliance practices.
  • Experience supporting OneTrust, Adobe platforms, or similar digital compliance technologies preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and business stakeholder groups.
