Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary product SME for assigned products, deeply understanding pain points of technical buyers (developers) and business buyers (merchants).
  • Develop compelling product and solution narratives that differentiate Visa Acceptance Solutions in the market.
  • Lead product launch planning and coordination for your portfolio, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Provide commercialization consultation and secure necessary approvals for new features and product updates.
  • Maintain a sharp understanding of the market landscape by gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence.
  • Be the primary point of contact for product management leadership on assigned products and contribute to product commercialization and development plans.
  • Maintain a continuous pulse on existing install base; identify opportunities to drive cross-sell, upsell, and new feature adoption.
  • Ideate and champion ongoing customer engagement initiatives via retention channels (product updates, newsletters, social media).
  • Build, maintain, and own core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers).
  • Provide sales play support and solution expertise to help sellers drive acquisition.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Lifecycle mindset—ability to market to existing customers (retention/upsell) as effectively as net-new prospects.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing capability with track record of building messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
  • Proven ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
