Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end adoption program for API products, from program design and participant recruitment to feedback collection, synthesis, and reporting, ensuring internal usage reflects real advertiser workflows and pain points.

  • Proven ability to turn complex product and user feedback into clear, audience-appropriate narratives, documentation, and training content.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen; comfortable working with data, defining metrics, and using spreadsheets and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to participate in conversations about APIs, integrations, application workflows, and system interactions

Preferred

  • Experience working on API platforms, developer platforms, partner ecosystems, or ads technology products
  • Experience supporting external technology partners, agencies, or enterprise customers in technical or product-related workflows
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication concepts, request/response structures, webhooks, and common integration patterns
