Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define Industry GTM Strategy: Own the end-to-end industry strategy, positioning & messaging, and core content for target enterprise verticals.
  • Deepen Buyer & Persona Insights: Develop a clear understanding of key vertical stakeholders at C-Level mapping out their unique pain points, regulatory drivers, and digital workplace requirements.
  • Build Verticalized Sales Enablement: Equip the global sales team with industry pitch decks, competitive battle cards, discovery scripts, and verticalized demo flows.
  • Drive Tailored Solution Launches: Partner with Product Management to translate platform capabilities, integrations (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, HRIS), and AI features into compelling industry-specific solution packages.
  • Produce High-Impact Content: Create thought leadership assets, white papers, customer case studies, solution briefs, and web messaging tailored to industry pain points.
  • Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with Marketing to build targeted integrated demand programs.
  • Voice of the Market: Track market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor movements across verticals to inform future product roadmap priorities and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, with at least 2–3 years dedicated to vertical/industry marketing.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Employee Experience (EX), Enterprise Intranets, Internal Communications, or Digital Workplace software. Experience positioning solutions for deskless/frontline workforces is a major plus.
  • Storytelling & Content Mastery: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical features into clear, value-driven industry narratives and customer stories.
  • Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of building enablement programs and GTM campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth, win rate improvements, and deal size expansion.
  • Ecosystem Familiarity: Comfort working in enterprise IT environments around Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and major AI/Tech ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and partner across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.

Preferred

  • Direct experience in industry marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM applications within employee engagement or productivity platforms.
  • Experience operating in a global, cross-cultural, or dual-headquartered SaaS environment (US & Europe).
