Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and operationalize an AI-enabled content and portfolio strategy that improves messaging consistency across products, solutions, corporate narrative, and priority sales plays.
  • Develop repeatable workflows, prompts, templates, playbooks, and governance practices that improve content quality, reuse, and speed across the PMM team.
  • Partner with PMMs and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen impact of enablement, customer facing content, and launches.
  • Develop AI training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption plans that help Product Marketing work more efficiently and consistently.
  • Build team-wide AI capability for key content development workflows, including prompt libraries, reusable templates, review standards, and practical guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline collaboration, communication, tracking, dashboards, and recurring workflows through AI-enabled approaches.
  • Develop and drive the team’s highest-visibility portfolio deliverables, including executive presentations, keynotes, leadership communications, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex portfolio, product, and market topics into clear, compelling, executive-level narratives.
  • Support content development for priority initiatives that require strong storytelling, message discipline, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Create practical governance and operating cadences that improve visibility, accountability, and execution without adding unnecessary process burden.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, content strategy, marketing communications, product marketing operations, program management, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality executive-level content, presentations, narratives, and strategic communications.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate content development, support knowledge management, or transform team workflows.
  • Strong understanding of how to turn complex technical and business topics into clear, compelling, customer-relevant stories.
  • Experience building repeatable frameworks, templates, prompts, workflows, content governance, or team enablement programs.
  • Experience establishing content governance, messaging frameworks, program management disciplines, or operational best practices preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders independently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a high quality bar.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful working style with a growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Preferred

  • Enterprise B2B technology experience preferred; familiarity with data infrastructure, storage, hybrid cloud, AI, cyber resilience, or related markets is a plus.
