Responsibilities

• overseeing the strategy, management, and optimization of our clients' Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• lead direct-response creative ideation, and manage the workflow of our part-time video editor.
• lead client marketing meetings, providing data-driven insights and demonstrating measurable success to foster strong relationships.
• serve as the founder’s right-hand on the execution side.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience managing high-spend Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency or high-growth B2B/D2C environment
• Must be located in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ area and available for occasional local field days to help direct creative shoots
• Strong skills in data analysis, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and generating actionable insights from performance metrics
• Ability to operate autonomously, diagnose underperforming accounts, and independently execute solutions without micromanagement
• Experience leading performance creative direction and managing the output of freelance or part-time creative roles (e.g., video editors)
• Proficiency in CRM integration and optimizing the full customer journey, from landing page UX to lead conversion
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to confidently lead client strategy meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
