Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional lead management programs with considerable business impact, from strategy definition through execution and measurement.
  • Define program strategy, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements quantified with metrics, and influence resource allocation across lead flow programs including lead scoring optimization, direct/indirect lead flow integration, flagship events, and inbound lead optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and sales leaders, defining customer engagement models and measurement requirements that align with business strategy.
  • Define experiment frameworks, manage execution, and share insights with cross-functional teams to improve lead management strategy and marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive strategic weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, authoring narratives and presenting findings and recommendations to Directors and VPs.
  • Champion lead flow strategy for assigned business segments, bringing expertise to progress IDP demand into pipeline at scale.
  • Identify and resolve significantly complex business problems in the lead flow space; decompose complex inefficiencies into scalable, automated solutions.
  • Negotiate resources and priorities across teams; unblock delivery and increase the speed of execution. Learning to force multiply impact across the organization.
  • Streamline and/or eliminate excess processes; create predictable process paths and mechanisms that ensure long-term program success.
  • Influence cross-functional roadmaps with partner teams including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and technology teams, globally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Preferred

  • Experience working with industry tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and online analytics packages
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams
  • Experience in multi-territory, multi-geo campaign and program management
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycle management, and pipeline optimization
  • Experience creating mechanisms, experiment frameworks, and scalable automated solutions
