Job Summary

Drive planning, execution, and measurement of Aztec’s events program across regional and digital formats.

  • Own end-to-end event planning, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with Sales and subject-matter experts to align events with commercial goals.
  • Track event data in CRM and report ROI to inform improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of Aztec’s flagship, regional and digital events program across core jurisdictions , including conferences, sponsorships, webinars, lunch and learns , roundtables and insight-focused events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end events and sponsorship execution, managing timelines, logistics , budgets, and stakeholder input in collaboration with the team and external suppliers.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, including S ales , subject matter experts and team lead s , ensuring events and related activity align with commercial objectives and target audiences.
  • Support the delivery of marketing activity connected to events and wider campaigns across the team as required .
  • Manage event and campaign data within the CRM, including audience targeting, invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up - working closely with the Sales teams.
  • Apply agreed event, sponsorship, and campaign frameworks, ensuring activity reflects best practices , brand standards and consistency across the Group.
  • Support measurement and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of events, sponsorships, and campaigns, using insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Assist with benchmarking competitor and industry activity , sharing new ideas and learnings to keep Aztec’s approach fresh, contemporary, and differentiated.

Preferred

  • Experience working closely with S ales teams is ideal (not essential)
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing or finance are ideal (not essential)
  • Experience using CRM systems for event and campaign management is preferred (not essential)
