Responsibilities

• Produce Offering Memorandums (OMs), proposal analyses, and marketing packages using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create Broker Opinion of Value and investment presentation materials
• Prepare email announcements and deal marketing assets
• Maintain consistency with THP branding, templates, and formatting standards
• Build and schedule campaigns using Mailchimp
• Manage distribution lists and segmentation
• Track and report campaign engagement metrics
• Maintain property listings and campaigns in Buildout
• Update contact and marketing data in Salesforce
• Ensure cross-platform accuracy of property information

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing production experience (commercial real estate preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Create Cloud (InDesign + Adobe Express)
• Experience producing professional, deadline-driven marketing deliverables
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to produce executive-level and client-facing content
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in commercial real estate or brokerage marketing
• Familiarity with Buildout and CRE marketing workflows
• Understanding of hospitality real estate marketing materials
